The NanoCount 50 provides industry standard RS-485 Modbus and 4-20mA communication protocols so integration into facility monitoring systems or use as a stand-alone device is quick and easy.

Using its integrated Ethernet TCP/IP interface allows the NanoCount 50 to connect to standard corporate Ethernet LANs as easily as it connects to Facility Monitoring Systems.

The compact size of the NanoCount 50 allows it to be installed where other liquid particle counters won’t fit, including point- of-use process control applications.

Using state-of-the-art Long Life Laser Diode technology, the Lighthouse Remote 1104LD is an industry first- a laser diode based remote particle counter with a sensitivity of 0.10 micron at a high flow rate of 1.0 CFM (28.3 LPM) that uses an optics and photodiode system designed to reduce or eliminate the temperature issues associated with high power laser diode sensors. Designed with reliability and quality in mind, the Remote 1104LD features our long-life laser diode technology that provides higher concentration limits, a better signal to noise ratio and requires less routine maintenance than conventional HeNe laser-based particle counters. The Remote 1104LD supplies continuous real time data at a cost-effective price per point. Very simple to integrate with large facility monitoring and management systems, the Remote 1104LD can transfer up to 8 channels of simultaneous particle count data via RS-485 MODBUS.

Smart Upstream Sampling and Downstream Filter Scanning System

The Lighthouse ScanAir Pro System is a particle counter based HEPA/ULPA filter scanning system. It is the only easy and lightweight method for testing and scanning PTFE, fiberglass and other filter media for leaks.

Incorporating an ergonomic lightweight-scanning probe with touchscreen user interface, the ScanAir Pro System also includes a SOLAIR portable particle counter and a dual-port diluter that can be remotely switched between measurements from the touch screen handle.

The ScanAir Pro System allows you to take an upstream and downstream measurement that displays real time percent leak information on the integrated touch screen display.

The SOLAIR 3100 and SOLAIR 5100 portable airborne particle counters incorporate our Extreme Life Laser Diode Technology sensor to produce the industry’s longest laser diode life of 20+ years MTTF (based on continuous 24/7 operation). Using a new, lighter extended-life battery and external AC adapter, the SOLAIRs are even more portable.The SOLAIR features one of the industry’s best User Interfaces (UI) to configure and operate the instrument with intuitive ICON-driven screens and menus that are simple, easy to learn and use. The SOLAIR can store up to 3,000 records of particle count data from up to 8 particle channels and the configurable recipe database can store up to 50 recipes for sampling and reports. All data can be quickly and reliably transferred to a computer, a Facility Monitoring System or a Building Automation System. Secure data transfer (per 21 CFR Part 11) to a USB Flash Drive can be accomplished by using the Lighthouse Secure Data transfer feature and LMS Express or Express RT software to read it. Flexible communications with these instruments is made possible by the integrated Ethernet, RS-485, USB and USB Flash Drive interfaces. SOLAIRs are designed, manufactured and calibrated to ISO 21501-4 to ensure particle counting accuracy.

Temperature sensors are available for a range between -200 °C and +400 °C. Certain models can be applied within either spaces or ducts, others in various types of equipment, such as freezers, refrigerators and incubators.
